Vitality at Work - VaW™

Why VaW?

The next big movement in health and well being requires a model that is simple, inexpensive to operate, doesn’t require external equipment or a specific environment, is accessible instantly, works for everyone, and can be sustained by members within that community.

What is VaW?

VaW is a program specifically designed to increase the health & well being of individuals within any community. The individual effects the whole & a thriving more robust community evolves. VaW is an easy to learn, low impact, short sequence of movements derived from the wisdom tradition that is Tai Chi.
The essential principles of Tai Chi are combined with traditional Tai Chi movements and distilled into VaW. A simple but very effective method of empowering people to be actively engaged in improving & sustaining good health with vitality in their lives.

Who is VaW for?

The VaW program can be structured to meet the needs of any small or large community.
We have experience of working with corporate organizations, small companies,
healthcare practices, hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers & many community groups.

VaW training

We also offer instructor training courses. These courses will train and certify members of your community to teach others VaW. This empowers your community to become self sufficient with in-house instructors able to establish & lead classes of their own.
