6 Week in person course starts Monday September 1st ~ 2025
As the founder of Natural Step School I have 40 years experience teaching in Europe & the US.
My goal is to make the outstanding benefits of Tai Chi easily accessible & enjoyable to learn.
This 6 week course has been carefully created for all age groups & levels of ability to enjoy.
You'll learn The Natural Step Tai Chi Foundation Form.
The Foundation Form is a gently unfolding sequence of traditional Tai Chi exercises from which many health benefits for the mind & body arise.
This gentle, easy to learn, sequence of movements will revitalize the body, improve posture & balance, strengthen the immune system, improve the function of the brain & organs, reduce harmful stress & enable a path to inner peace.
On completion of the course you'll be able to use The Foundation Form whenever & wherever you choose. You will also be invited to join our weekly online Foundation Form classes & attend further deepening in person courses scheduled for 2026.
No special clothing or equipment is required.
Your course will be supported with video & printed handout material.

You can transfer or cancel your registration up to 21 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations if made 21 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund.
In the event that a course has to be cancelled a full refund will be given.
No refunds can be made within 21 days of the course start date or once the course has commenced.
In the case of private classes cancellations must be received verbally 24 hours before the appointment to avoid incurring the full agreed fee.
