6 Week in person course

This in person course is specifically designed for beginners of all age groups & levels of ability.
You will learn The Natural Step Tai Chi Foundation Form for health.

From the UK, I have been teaching Tai Chi for Health for more that 40 years.
My goal is to make the outstanding benefits of Tai Chi accessible to all, easy & enjoyable to learn.

These gentle flowing movements will re-vitalise & strengthen you, improve balance & mobility all while reducing stress.

The course is supported with complimentary weekly online classes for the duration of the course, videos & printed handout material.

Cancellation policy, concessionary rates & gift certificates

Concessionary rates or installment plan available on request. Gift certificates on request.
You can transfer or cancel your registration up to 21 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations if made 21 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund.
In the event that a course has to be cancelled a full refund will be given.
No refunds can be made within 21 days of the course start date or once the course has commenced.
In the case of private classes cancellations must be received verbally 24 hours before the appointment to avoid incurring the full agreed fee.
